Please retain the original bill or challan copy for collecting processed articles. In its absence, delivery will be made only to the verified owner.

Express/Urgent cleaning service will incur a 50% surcharge over regular tariff.

Customers must inspect articles at the time of delivery, claims made afterwards will not be entertained. Service-related dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours to the outlet or customer care.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by the inherent quality of the fabric, including color bleeding or fading, shrinkage, stretching, wear & tear, holes, cuts, embellishment damage or ageing of given article. Articles are cleaned at the customer’s risk.

We make every effort to remove stains but cannot guarantee complete removal. No deductions or refunds will be entertained on this basis.

All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk. We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by fire, burglary, or other uncontrollable incidents. We are also not responsible for any valuables or cash left in the given article.

While we strive to ensure timely pickup and delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. No claims, refunds, or compensation shall be entertained in such cases.
Articles not collected within 3 (three) weeks of the scheduled delivery date may no longer be our responsibility.

We will not be liable for any damage to jewellery, embellishments, or accessories attached to any item given for cleaning.

Pricing for designer wear, high-end fabrics, or complex items will be communicated post-inspection.

In the event of damage not covered by the above conditions or if the person in charge feels that compensation should be provided, the maximum compensation will be the lower of 10x the cleaning charge or ₹3,000.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only. LARA CLEAN reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Free pickup and delivery are available within 12 km of the outlet. Minimum order value: ₹199.
